  • Remarks by Tom Jackson to Redcoat Band Annual Banquet, Georgia Hall, Tate Student Center, November 27, 2005.  Tom has been the Redcoat announcer for 31 years.  His perspective is wonderful on the Redcoat experience.
  • On the first Wednesday of every month, Steve and his jazz group will be back at the Jazz Forum in Decatur, 7:00-10:00 PM.  The location has changed since many of you were last there.  At the Jazz Forum you will hear Dub Hudson, alto sax, Rick bell, tenor sax, Bob Lewis, trombone, Lester Walker, trumpet, Carl Lindberg, bass, John Lewis on drums and Trey Wright, guitar.  For a map and other information check out the website:  http://www.thejazzforum.com/

  • Georgia Governor Sonny Perdue designates Tuesday, March 29th, 2005 as Georgia Redcoat Marching Band Day.  The Governor was given a signed commemorative print by Ken Modak, the artist, and the Redcoat Directors. Link Here
  • Ken Modak has worked with the Redcoats to create a limited-edition Redcoat Band Commemorative Print that is available now.  A portion the proceeds for each print goes to the benefit of the Redcoats.   Link Here
