From Steve Dancz -
Dear friends, As I was planning my pilgrimage to Tibet several years ago with my teacher Glenn Mullin, I called my good friend, filmmaker Michael Wiese, to see if he would like to make the trip. Much to my delight, he quickly said yes. I think the speed of his decision was partly due to the fact that he had turned me down when I had invited him to accompany me to India when I was invited by His Holiness to perform in the first World Festival of Sacred Music. I tell you this because it's not everyday that these trips get made, and it's certainly notevery trip that you are accompanied by a filmmaker of Michael's ability and background. It's also not every day that your trip is guided by someone whose understanding of Tibetan culture, language and Tibetan Buddhism goes to the depths of Glenn Mullin's. I am so grateful that these two friends were involved in this journey and now you can enjoy the experience as well.
'd like for you to know about the upcoming screenings of our film for which I composed the score and also serve as narrator. We plan to release the soundtrack in the near future via iTunes. For general information on the film please check here:
