Goals for 2013: Scholarships and Silver Instruments The "Scholarship Campaign" is a growing commitment that assists the Redcoats recruit and retain the best performing talent available. The "Silver Instrument Campaign" is accomplishing the goal a consistent look and sound.

Scholarships	Competition for the best and the brightest talent is always tight. In 2013, the RBAA was able to assist Redcoat's recruiting by funding 2 additional 4-year scholarships to two talented performers. Your donations of money or time add to the resources we are able to offer each year.
